There were many days this winter when my train was almost a half hour late. On a couple of occasions it was cancelled altogether! This satire is much funnier now that we have a car.

Back in February, Mom and Dad sent us this newspaper article describing the renovations at the warm springs, and my adorable husband counted down days until he could float in the pool and relive his childhood. John and I took a break from all the flowers to check out the other areas inside the gardens. We tried on a few pairs of wooden clogs, navigated our way through a maze, and narrowly escaped the beak of a stalker swan. All in all, a pretty good day!
